Arbor Realty enters into two new financing deals
Nov 8 (Reuters) - Arbor Realty Trust Inc said it entered into two new financing agreements, locking up about $600 million of committed financing for up to three years. One of the two new credit agreements includes a $473 million term loan with a $100 million revolving commitment, while the other is a $69 million term loan, the company said in a statement.
