ATLANTA, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Dutch leasing company AerCap Holdings NV , which plans to acquire rival Genesis Lease Ltd , said on Friday that quarterly profit fell on lower aircraft maintenance revenue.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - AerCap Holdings said on Friday that it would buy rival Genesis Lease Ltd in an all-stock deal worth $302.6 million, creating an aircraft lessor with about $8 billion in assets, a wider client base and increased liquidity.
