BGC executive Tony Verrier, who stands accused of being involved in an alleged 40 million pound poaching raid on rival Tullett, has admitted he induced two desk heads at the interdealer broker to breach their contracts. Tullett is seeking compensation from BGC and is pursuing an order preventing any more such approaches to its staff. Verrier became BGC's executive managing director and general manager for Europe in January last year.
