Arkema to book 125 mln euro charge for former unit
PARIS, April 10 - French chemicals maker Arkema will book a first-quarter charge of 125 million euros ($163 million) to reflect its exposure to unprofitable vinyls business Kem One, which it spun off in July 2012, Arkema said on Wednesday.

LYON, March 27 - A French commercial court on Wednesday opened bankruptcy proceedings for unprofitable chemicals-maker Kem One, which was spun off from France's Arkema in July and which employs 1,300 people, the court said.
GBL increases dividend as 2012 profits more than triple
BRUSSELS, March 5 - Belgian holding company Groupe Bruxelles Lambert said on Tuesday it would increase its full-year dividend by 2 percent to 2.65 euros ($3.45) per share after its earnings for 2012 more than tripled due to the benefits of divestments.
