Nov 28 - Aircastle Ltd on Tuesday sold $500 million of senior notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service. The size of the deal was increased from $400 million. TEXT-S&P rates Aircastle Ltd senior notes 'BB+'

Nov 27 - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it has assigned its 'BB+' issue rating to Aircastle Ltd.'s $400 million senior notes due 2019. The recovery rating on this issue is '3', indicating our expectation that lenders would receive a meaningful (50%-70%) recovery of principal in the event of a payment default.
