LONDON, May 22 (IFR) - Ghana has appointed Barclays and Citigroup as lead managers on a planned Eurobond, likely in dollars, according to banking sources away from the deal.

The agency has also affirmed the bank's Viability Rating (VR) at 'a', Support Rating (SR) at '1' and Support Rating Floor (SRF) at 'A'. Barclays wins dismissal of U.S. shareholder lawsuit over Libor
