Cambrex sees Q2 charge of $4.4 mln to discontinued ops
July 30 (Reuters) - Cambrex Corp. said second-quarter results would include a charge of about $4.4 million to discontinued operations as it settled a litigation with Rutherford Chemicals LLC related to the sale of certain facilities to Rutherford.
