Charter Bank in deal with regulators-Fed
WASHINGTON, July 23 (Reuters) - Charter Banking Co of Jasper, Georgia, agreed to stop paying dividends without the approval of bank regulators as a step aimed at shoring up capital, the U.S. Federal Reserve announced on Thursday.
Crescent Banking to effect 2-for-1 stock split
Sept 27 (Reuters) - Crescent Banking Co said its board approved a 2-for-1 stock split in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend, to be distributed on Oct. 26 to shareholders of record on Oct. 15.
