DUBLIN, Dec 14 (Reuters) - Ireland's DCC Plc agreed to buy British oil distributor Brogan Holdings Ltd for 47.2 million euros ($69.2 million) in a deal which analysts said would boost DCC's profits by up to 4 percent.
