Morgan Securities cut payment processors Fidelity National Information Services and Fiserv Inc to "neutral," saying it expects limited revenue growth in early 2010 due to tight IT spending at banks. "Investors are going to prioritize revenue-driven earnings growth over earnings growth driven by cost-cutting, and we view Fidelity National and Fiserv as cost-cutting stories," the brokerage wrote in a note.
