UPDATE 1-F.N.B. Corp plans to offer $115 mln in stock

June 8 (Reuters) - F.N.B. Corp plans to offer about $115 million in stock and said it will use the proceeds for the possible buyback of $100 million of preferred shares and warrants issued to the U.S. Treasury. The bank holding company intends to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the shares sold to cover over-allotments, if any.
