TEL AVIV, March 17 (Reuters) - Israeli information technology company Formula Systems said on Monday its net profit in the fourth quarter rose slightly on a 21 percent increase in revenues.

JERUSALEM, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Israeli software company Formula Systems said on Wednesday it had moved to a net profit in the third quarter on a 14 percent rise in revenues. The company posted quarterly net profit of $2.7 million, compared with a net loss of $1 million in the year-ago quarter.

RPT-Emblaze sees slower H1 revenue due to VAT dispute
JERUSALEM, June 27 (Reuters) - London-listed Israeli telecom group Emblaze Ltd. said on Wednesday it expects a drop in revenue in the first half of 2007 due to an unresolved industry-wide dispute in Britain over value added tax refunds. Due to the dispute, Emblaze Mobile, a mobile phone designer and the majority contributor to the company's revenue in 2006, had to scale down its trading and distribution business, the company said in a statement.
