UPDATE 1-Greece's StealthGas Q2 profit beats market
Aug 20 (Reuters) - StealthGas Inc , which operates ships that transport liquefied petroleum gas, reported second-quarter profit above market estimates, helped mainly by lower expenses, sending its shares up as much as 7 percent. For the quarter, the Greek company posted a net income of $6.5 million, or 29 cents a share, compared with $9.4 million, or 42 cents per share, a year earlier.

Dec 6 (Reuters) - Greece-based StealthGas Inc said it agreed to acquire two product tankers for $115 million, from an unaffiliated party, to deploy them on a seven-year bare boat charter to an international oil trader.
