Aug 17 (Reuters) - Globecomm Systems Inc. said its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3 million common shares was priced at $11.25 a share.
Globecomm Systems sees FY07 earnings of $0.50/shr
Aug 3 (Reuters) - Satellite-based communication products provider Globecomm Systems Inc. forecast fiscal 2007 earnings of 50 cents a share, including items, on revenue of $150.7 million. The company also forecast fiscal 2008 earnings of about 70 cents a share, including items, on revenue of $190 million to $200 million. (Reporting by Esha Dey in Bangalore)
