NEW YORK (Reuters) - Corning Inc shares rose 1.6 percent to $18.18 in premarket trade on Wednesday after the company said worldwide LCD TV sales rose 45 percent in October from the year-ago period and has led to an improved outlook on 2010 glass market growth.
