NEW YORK, Feb 2 (Reuters) - W.R. Grace & Co , which is operating under Chapter 11 protection, posted a lower-than-expected fourth-quarter profit on Tuesday but forecast 2010 sales above expectations, sending shares of the chemical maker up.
