Loral Space to sell interests in Brazilian co, sees $10 mln loss
Dec 21 (Reuters) - Loral Space & Communications Inc said it agreed with certain units to sell their respective interests in Brazilian service provider Globalstar do Brasil SA to Globalstar Inc and would record a related loss of about $10 million. Under the agreement, Loral would receive about $6 million in Globalstar stock, satellite manufacturer Loral said in a regulatory filing. (Reporting by Esha Dey in Bangalore)
