Jan 6 (Reuters) - Chipmaker IXYS Corp forecast third-quarter revenue below Wall Street expectations as customers reduced orders or delayed deliveries to 2009, and suspended its dividend, sending its shares down 10 percent.

July 25 (Reuters) - LoJack Corp. , a maker of wireless systems to track stolen vehicles, said the Massachusetts appeals court lowered the amount of award in a breach of contract suit against a unit of IXYS Corp. .
