PC Mall to buy Ohio-based IT firm for $55 mln

Aug 20 (Reuters) - PC Mall Inc , a direct-response seller of computer products, said it agreed to acquire Sarcom Inc, a Columbus, Ohio-based information technology provider, for about $55 million in cash and stock. The company said the deal, consisting of $47.5 million in cash and up to $7.5 million in PC Mall shares, would add to earnings beginning in the fourth quarter of 2007.
