(The following statement was released by the rating agency) CHICAGO, March 18 (Fitch) Fitch Ratings expects to assign a rating of 'CC'/'RR6' to Navistar International Corporation's (NAV) planned $350 million of senior subordinated convertible notes due 2019. Proceeds from the new notes will be used to repurchase, or repay at maturity, outstanding balances under NAV's 3.0% senior subordinated convertible notes due Oct. 15, 2014.
