COPENHAGEN, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Danish shipping and oil group A.P. Moller-Maersk said on Friday it raised 4.0 billion Norwegian crowns ($711.6 million) in an issue of two new crown-denominated bonds.. Maersk said it placed 2.0 billion crowns worth of a floating rate 5-year bond at 3-month Nibor plus 185 basis points and 2.0 billion of a 7-year bond with a 6.25 percent coupon.
