TEXT - Fitch rates NewMarket proposed notes 'BBB-'

Dec 13 - Fitch Ratings has assigned a 'BBB-' rating to NewMarket Corporation's (NewMarket) proposed $300 million issuance of 10-year notes. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
