July 24 (Reuters) - Less-than-truckload carrier Saia Inc posted a wider-than-expected quarterly loss as margins fell due to decline in tonnage and yield. For the second quarter, net loss was $1.7 million, or 13 cents a share, compared with net income of $5.3 million, or 40 cents a share, a year ago.
