Penford says publicly offering 2 mln shares
Nov 27 (Reuters) - Penford Corp said it would publicly offer 2 million common shares under its effective shelf registration statement. The supplier of specialty ingredients for paper-making and food products said it intends to use the net proceeds to repay amounts outstanding under its credit facility.
