LOS ANGELES, July 23 (Reuters) - Unit 4 at the Colstrip coal-fired power plant in Montana will be offline until November, delaying the expected return of the 740-megawatt unit by several months, part-owner Portland General Electric Co said in an earnings guidance statement on Thursday.
