TOKYO, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Hitachi Construction Machinery and ferronickel producer Pacific Metals will join the Nikkei 225 average in a reshuffle next month, the publisher of Japan's benchmark stock average said on Monday.
Nikkei up 0.8 pct as soft yen buoys exporters
TOKYO, May 30 (Reuters) - The Nikkei stock average rose 0.8 percent on Friday, with exporters such as Canon Inc finding favour on a softer yen and a rise in U.S. stocks on receding inflation and recession fears.
