Somaxon drops after complete response letter
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Somaxon Pharmaceuticals Inc shares plunged 71.7 percent to $1 in premarket trade on Monday after the company said it had received a complete response letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration stating that Somaxon's Silenor new drug application did not meet the approval standard for efficacy.
