TAIPEI, Nov 13 - Taiwan stocks edged down on Wednesday, with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co Ltd shedding 1 percent after appointing new presidents and co-CEOs, taking over from 82-year-old Morris Chang who stays chairman.
