PARIS, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Eiffage , France's third-largest construction group, reported a 1.8 percent rise in fourth-quarter sales on Friday, allowing it to post flat annual sales of 13.2 billion euros ($18.1 billion) in 2009.

FRANKFURT, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Bilfinger Berger on Tuesday said it will proceed with a planned spin-off of an Australian unit, in a major step toward shrinking its exposure to the volatile construction sector.
