Oct 15 (Reuters) - Valmont Industries Inc , a maker of lightning poles and support structures, posted quarterly profit that beat estimates, driven by its utility support structures segment.
UPDATE 1-Valmont posts higher Q2 results
July 21 (Reuters) - Valmont Industries Inc , a maker of lightning poles and support structures, reported a 17 percent rise in quarterly profit, helped by higher volumes and shipments of large projects at its utility segment. For the second quarter, net income attributable to the company was $44.2 million, or $1.69 a share, compared with $37.3 million, or $1.41 a share, a year ago.
