WCA Waste buys some assets from Waste Services

June 29 (Reuters) - WCA Waste Corp. said it bought Ft. Bend Regional Landfill, a transfer station and other assets in Houston, Texas from Waste Services Inc. for $23.7 million in cash and the exchange of WCA Waste's certain hauling and transfer operations.
