Lenovo to buy $2.7 bln of products from Taiwan -paper
TAIPEI, Aug 19 (Reuters) - Lenovo , the world's No.4 PC brand, said it will buy products worth $2.7 billion from Taiwan companies, the Commercial Times reported on Wednesday, in the latest sign of warming Taiwan ties with China. Lenovo will purchase mainly PC components, while raising its laptop PC orders with Quanta Computer , Compal Electronics and Wistron , the Chinese-language paper said.
