Western Areas selling Australia nickel to Jinchuan
SYDNEY, July 8 (Reuters) - Australian miner Western Areas will supply up to 25,000 tonnes of nickel concentrate over two years from its Forrestania project to China's Jinchuan Group [JCGRP.UL], Western Areas said on Wednesday.

SYDNEY (Reuters) - Australian miner Kagara Ltd will announce a large increase in the size of its Lounge Lizard nickel deposit in west Australia later this week, a source familiar with the project said on Wednesday.

SYDNEY (Reuters) - Western Areas NL has doubled the size of the mineral resource at its Spotted Quoll nickel deposit in the Australian outback, saying on Tuesday it holds over 75,000 tonnes of nickel, which is more than one-fifth of annual world consumption.
