Worksteam to merge with Empagio
Feb 13 (Reuters) - Workforce management software provider Workstream Inc agreed to merge with Empagio, a provider of payroll and human resources software, the companies said. Empagio, which is based in Orlando, Florida, will own 75 percent and Workstream will own 25 percent of the combined entity.
