UPDATE 1-Cimarex Q3 earnings miss forecasts on lower prices
Nov 3 (Reuters) - Independent oil and natural gas company Cimarex Energy Co reported quarterly earnings below market forecasts as revenue slumped due to lower commodity prices. Net income for the third quarter was $38.7 million, or 46 cents a share, compared with a loss of $232.4 million, or $2.85 a share, a year earlier.
