China cautions against use of force on North Korea

China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi urged North Korea on Friday to stop its nuclear and missile development activities and cautioned all parties that "the use of force does not solve differences and will only lead to bigger disasters."

British buyout firm Apax Partners LLP and a number of Brazilian investors plan to list information technology services provider Tivit Terceirização de Processos, Serviços e Tecnologia SA on the São Paulo Stock Exchange, adding to the longest list of domestic initial public offerings in four years.
