Vigilante ''El Love'' looks at several mobile phones while sitting in the living room of the house of a top leader of the Caballeros Templarios, or Knights Templar, in Nueva Italia January 16, 2014. The drug lord and his family left the house as they fled an uprising led by farmers exasperated with organized crime. The Knights Templar have openly defied the government, putting out videos in the media and accusing the vigilantes of being infiltrated by other criminal gangs moving into Michoacan. Vigilantes who claim to number in the thousands have taken the fight to organized crime and put the Caballeros on the run.
