Dec. 27 - Food in Hong Kong has always been a fusion of the East and West, but with big companies like Starbucks opening up, local eateries are becoming more scarce.
New York has its diners, Paris its cafes. But in Hong Kong a specially brewed milk tea is a local favourite giving Starbucks a run for its money.
