A new Cold War?
Aug 20 - Forty years ago Soviet tanks moved into Prague; with Russian tanks in Georgia now some fear a new Cold War.
The United States has seen initial signs that Russia is withdrawing some of its forces from Georgia but US officials continue to say Moscow is not moving fast enough.
Deborah Lutterbeck reports.
