Aug. 21 - Grieving relatives and medical staff are trying to identify the badly-burned bodies of victims of the Madrid air crash in which 153 people were killed.
The investigation into the crash, Spain's worst aviation disaster since 1983, has also begun with officials seeking to find out why the Spanair MD-82 jet aborted an initial take-off attempt shortly before the accident.
Only 19 people of the 166 passengers and nine crew aboard survived. Many passengers were children.
Sonia Legg reports.
