Sep 26 - Officials from the world Organisation blame delays in reporting for the escalated situation of China's contaminated milk powder scandal.
Beijing is battling public alarm after sevel firms sold milk products which contain melamine -- a cheap industrial chemical that can be used to cheat quality checks.
