Workers strike again in Chile

Nov. 19 - Government services in parts of Chile are paralyzed as thousands of public workers go on strike, demanding higher wages.

In cities like Santiago and Valpariso, piles of trash build up on city streets, schools are closed and passport agencies shut as civil servants strike again in Chile. Sarah Irwin reports.SOUNDBITES:
