Nov. 21 - Treasury Secretary Paulson, who has faced an economic storm at the end of his term, appears ready to hand over the reins to his successor.
Paulson, who has spent half of the $700 billion rescue package indicated he would leave the grand strategy to his successor, who could be New York Fed Chief Timothy Geithner. Deborah Lutterbeck reports.
