Burris blocked from Senate

Jan. 6 - The man named by the scandal-plagued governor of Illinois to replace President-elect Barack Obama in the U.S. Senate failed to gain entry on Tuesday.

Burris was appointed to the seat by Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, who faces federal corruption charges-- including allegedly trying to sell the seat to the highest bidder. Jon Decker reports.SOUNDBITE: Roland Burris, Former Illinois Attorney General
