Threats to manatees in Peru
Jan. 9 - Experts say the manatees - also known as sea cows - are swimming dangerously close to extinction in Peru.
With no natural defenses like claws or sharp teeth, the manatees intimidating size is the only thing that protects them. Katharine Jackson reports.
