Anti-Israel demonstrations in Asia
Jan 10 - Thousands of Malaysian Muslims gather in Kuala Lumpur to protest the Israeli offensive in Gaza and raise money for Palestinians living there.
Demonstrators walked over Israeli flags and threw shoes at photos of U.S. President George W. Bush and Israel leaders as they entered the stadium where they held a rally and listened to a concert.
In Australia, some 1000 protesters also rallied in their nation's capital, Canberra, against the Israeli bombings of Gaza.
