Jun. 16 - Queen Elizabeth II marked her official birthday with the Trooping the Colour parade followed by thousands of people on Saturday in London.
British prime minister Tony Blair and his wife Cherie joined friends and relatives of the 1100 troops who parade in the Horse Guards yard in Whitehall for the annual event which showcases the British Army at all its ceremonial pomp.
