Jun. 21 - A suicide bomber kills at least 18 people when he drives a truck into a government building in a town 90 kilometres from Kirkuk in northern Iraq.
Police captain Kudhaie Mohammed said 76 people had been wounded.
Mechanical diggers were being used to unearth victims, including women and children, from the rubble after the blast on the main road connecting Baghdad to the north.
