Fed strikes right note on rates 2:57 Report

Nov. 4 - The FOMC has voted to keep interest rates the same and has not indicated when they might raise them. Reuters columnist Agnes Crane says this is the right move, and the Fed should wait for the unemployment rate to peak before considering a change.
