Labor Secretary Solis on jobs data 5:20 Analysis

Nov. 06 - As the U.S. jobless rate unexpectedly jumped to a 26-1/2-year high of 10.2 percent last month, Labor Secretary Hilda Solis said she saw the jobless numbers flattening and that investment in green jobs will pay off.
